If you purchase products through our Storefront service we use the service of a third party for processing credit card payments. It is permitted to store, retain or use the information provided for the sole purpose of credit card payment processing, and may not use it for any other purpose.

We use the information collected to provide our online services.

The credit card information collected from you is used to collect payment from you.

Credit cards.

We use a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use your billing information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.

We do not rent or sell any information about you or share with any third-parties.

We may disclose the information collected if we believe such action is necessary to:

          ii.   protect and defend our rights or property (including the enforcement of our agreements); or

colorVerb services are not directed toward users less than 18 years of age. If you are less than 18 years old do not use colorVerb's web services.

If colorVerb goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our assets, information collected may be among the assets transferred. As part of such a transaction we will require the acquirer to commit to the same level of protection described in this privacy policy. We will post a notice on our website of any such change in ownership or control that could affect the service.

We reserve the right to amend or update this privacy policy at any time. You can review the most current version at any time at: www.colorVerb.com. The effective date of the privacy policy appears at the top. If we decide to modify the privacy policy, we will post an announcement on each relevant service. We may also e-mail registered users prior to the change becoming effective. Once the change is effective please understand that your continued use of the service demonstrates your agreement to the changes to the privacy policy. If you do not want to be bound by the changes to the privacy policy you have to cease using the service.

9.     Do Not Track

For residents of the state of California (U.S.A)

Do Not Track (DNT) is a browser specific preference to let sites you visit know that you do not want them collecting specific information about you. colorVerb does not respond to the DNT signal. We do not treat users whose browsers send a DNT signal differently from those without one.

Please note that except for our online services we do not collect personal identifiable information about you when you move across other websites.
